Andrew Ciriello

Mr. Ciriello works on corporate restructuring assignments representing clients such as the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the ad hoc group of first lien creditors of Texas Competitive Electric Holdings, and a creditor of CORE Media Group. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries including oil & gas equipment & services, power & utilities, media, business process outsourcing and government/municipal finance.

Prior to joining Millstein & Co., Mr. Ciriello was most recently with Macquarie Capital where he represented financial institutions clients on a range of advisory and capital markets transactions. Prior to his experience at Macquarie, Mr. Ciriello was with FBR Capital Markets, where he advised financial institutions clients on pre-IPO equity offerings.

Mr. Ciriello holds a B.S. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he studied finance and international business.
