Josh Lynn is a partner at Caspian Capital LP where he invests in distressed and high yield securities in healthcare and various other sectors. Prior to joining Caspian, he was a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Treasury covering issues related to economic policy, financial reform, banking, and small business credit. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Mr. Lynn was an Associate at Bain Capital Credit, working initially as a dedicated healthcare analyst and then as a generalist for the firm’s distressed credit team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Lynn worked on policy issues in Washington, DC—including healthcare reform, Medicare, and Medicaid-- first as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Martin Meehan and eventually as an economic and fiscal policy researcher at the Center for American Progress. Mr. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a Masters of Business Administration from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
