Ryan Kielty is a Principal of Centerview Partners’ debt advisory and restructuring practice. Mr. Kielty’s experience includes representing companies, creditors, buyers and special committees in challenging situations, both in- and out-of-court, including ACA Financial Guaranty Corporation, American Eagle Outfitters, Cloud Peak Energy, the J.C. Penney Corporation, Lear Corporation, Mervyns, Molycorp, Motor Coach Industries International, Omnicare, The Palisades Center, Performance Sports Group, Residential Capital, Sears Holdings Corporation and Stallion Oilfield Services, among others. Mr. Kielty was formerly an Associate at Miller Buckfire and has a B.A. from Villanova University.
